Operate and maintain syringe drivers, and carry out basic observations and physical assessments.

Adapt to working across other localities at short notice if required.
</li>

<li>
Travel efficiently within the community using your own vehicle, providing care wherever it is needed.
</li>

Registered nurse with relevant Band 6 experience in community or urgent care settings.

Competent in IV therapy, catheterisation, and managing syringe drivers.
</li>

Must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for community visits.
