Experienced and Compassionate RGN/RMN Staff Nurse for UK Nursing Home We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled RGN/RMN Staff Nurse to join our team in a UK nursing home. Our ideal candidate will provide excellent care to our elderly residents, ensuring their safety and well-being while demonstrating empathy and compassion. Responsibilities: As a staff nurse, you will be responsible for delivering direct care and support to our residents, including administering medication and liaising with healthcare professionals as needed. You will also conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for each resident. Furthermore, you will supervise and manage other nursing staff and care assistants to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to residents.
