We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Nursing Associate to join our ward team at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Shepton Mallet.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive, fast‑paced clinical environment where you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality patient care across the full patient journey—from admission through to discharge. You’ll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, helping to ensure patients receive safe, effective and personalised care at every stage.

If you’re passionate about patient care and want to develop your clinical skills in a modern healthcare setting, this role offers both variety and progression.

This is a full-time position working, 37.5 hours a week with a combination of shifts;

  • Monday to Sunday - Long Days: 07:00-1930
  • Monday to Sunday - Night shifts 19:00 - 07:30
  • Weekdays, weekends and bank holidays
