Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) within the Adults Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in Rochdale, earning £26.00 per hour. This exciting ongoing locum opportunity is based at the Sudden Resource Centre, Silk Street, Rochdale, OL11 3EU, and offers 22.5 hours per week, including a required Tuesday shift with flexibility to choose your remaining working days. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced mental health professional to make a meaningful difference within a supportive community-based service.

What you will do:

• Deliver high-quality mental health services to adults experiencing moderate to severe mental health difficulties.
• Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments and provide appropriate short-term interventions within a 16-week pathway.
• Make informed clinical decisions and contribute to the planning of long-term care pathways where required.
• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring service users receive timely and appropriate interventions.
• Produce and maintain high-quality professional reports, assessments, and case documentation.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care and positive outcomes.
• Apply specialist knowledge of severe and enduring mental health conditions in everyday practice.
• Utilise strong IT and computer literacy skills to maintain accurate electronic records and case management systems.
• Ensure compliance with mental health legislation, safeguarding procedures, and professional standards.
• Support recovery-focused care planning while promoting independence, resilience, and wellbeing.
