An exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) to join a specialist service in Southampton supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalised care and support plans.

Deliver clinical interventions and promote independence.

Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Ensure safeguarding and CQC compliance at all times.
Requirements:

Current NMC registration (RNLD).

Experience within learning disability or autism services.

Strong communication, empathy, and advocacy skills.
