Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver care in diverse environments, adapting to various patient needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health and medical histories.
- Design and implement tailored care plans.
- Administer medications and treatment as per guidelines.
- Work closely with doctors and healthcare teams to guarantee comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain patient records accurately while adhering to healthcare regulations.
- Promote health and safety protocols as an RGN/RMN.
- Work independently while showcasing initiative and reliability.
Requirements
- Current NMC Registration (NMC Pin) and experience in UK healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring attitude towards patients.
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
- Dedication to patient-centered care and adherence to ethical guidelines.
