Your Missions:<\/b>

Deliver high -quality nursing care to adults with acute and long -term conditions
<\/p><\/li>Band 5 NHS salary + annual increments
<\/p><\/li>Diploma or Degree in Nursing
<\/p><\/li>
Administer medications and monitor patient responses
<\/p><\/li>
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support timely discharge planning
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinical guidelines
<\/p><\/li>
Participate in training sessions, audits, and staff meetings
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
