What You Will Do:

  • Deliver high-quality, individualised, and holistic patient care, ensuring every interaction is patient centred.

  • Provide mentorship and support to colleagues, helping foster a cohesive and collaborative team culture.

  • Administer safe haemodialysis treatment according to patient-specific prescriptions.

  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and liaise with external partners and hospital trusts.

  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, service users, and healthcare providers.

  • Follow company policies, guidelines, and clinical procedures while supporting continuous improvements.

  • Develop and maintain the clinical skills and knowledge needed to deliver best-in-class care.
