We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to care for our patients with<\/span> compassion <\/span> and one who can<\/span> facilitate their speedy recovery. The candidate will be responsible for educating them and their families on prevention methods and healthy habits. Ideally, the candidate should be a responsible, <\/span> gentle<\/span><\/span> and well -trained professional who can provide exceptional nursing care with minimal supervision whilst following health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote the patient's well -being by providing high quality nursing care.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

- Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.<\/span>
<\/li> - Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians.<\/span>
<\/li> - Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.<\/span>
<\/li> - Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patient’s charts.<\/span>
<\/li> - Adjust and administer patient’s medication(s) and provide treatments according to the physician’s orders.<\/span>
<\/li> - Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.).<\/span>
<\/li> - Provide instant medical care in emergencies.<\/span>
<\/li> - Assist surgeons during operations.<\/span>
<\/li> - Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.<\/span>
<\/li> - Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.<\/span>
<\/li> - Expand their knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.

- Proven experience as a registered nurse.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Excellent knowledge of emergency care.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - In -depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Responsible and compassionate.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Outstanding organizational and multi -tasking skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Patient with excellent problem -solving skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - B.Sc or other diploma from a nursing program.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - A valid nursing license.<\/span><\/span>

- Proven experience as a registered nurse.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
