About the role

Newcross Healthcare are looking for a Registered Nurse based in Wroxham, Norfolk to work with a care home providing nursing care, dementia care,residential Care and Respite and short stay care. Day and Night shifts available with onsite parking

Your responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high quality nursing care.
  
• Administer medication and complete clinical procedures.
  
• Monitor observations and respond to changes in patient needs.
  
• Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  
• Promote dignity, safety and person centred care.
  

What you need

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
  
• At least six months post qualification experience within the UK as a nurse.
  
• Confidence working across different care settings.
  
• Good spoken and written English.
  
• A calm, compassionate and professional approach.
