About the role
Newcross Healthcare are looking for a Registered Nurse based in Carbrooke, Norfolk to work with a purpose built care home providing a friendly and supportive environment for older people requiring genernal or dementia nursing care.
The home is situated in the bustling market town of Watton, a new miles south of Norwich and is easily accessible from the A11, A47 and is on the main bus route from Norwich.
Your responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high quality nursing care.
- Administer medication and complete clinical procedures.
- Monitor observations and respond to changes in patient needs.
- Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Promote dignity, safety and person centred care.
What you need
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- At least six months post qualification experience within the UK as a nurse.
- Six months clinical experience, with medication rounds
- Confidence working across different care settings.
- Good spoken and written English.
- A calm, compassionate and professional approach.
