Our Client, they have increased their criteria for submitting candidates for DON shortlisting; see below the new criteria we will be working off when they give us the green light:
<\/p>
<\/p>
- Degree level trained (nurses holding a nursing diploma only will not be considered)
<\/li> - Candidates must hold a min. 3yrs recent experience in a min. 500 bedded acute general hospital – experience in ICU, Medical or Surgical wards, they don’t wish to see any other specialties at this time
<\/li> - Candidate must hold an NMC Certification. IELTS or OET Certification Mandatory
<\/li><\/ul>
<\/p>All successful applicants are entitled to a relocation package of :<\/b>
<\/p>- 4 weeks accommodation
<\/li> - Flight to Ireland and return at end of the 2 years contract to the value of €800
<\/li> - NMBI costs reimbursed to value of €350
<\/li> - Permit/visas costs. You will require an AWS initially to come and do the adaptation and once successful and pinned the hospital will apply for a Critical Skills Employment permit for you, valid for 2 years. Please refer to www.dbei.ie<\/a> for more details on this.
