Requirements<ul>
<li>Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration</li><li>Proven experience working as a Community Psychiatric Nurse at Band 6 level</li><li>Strong knowledge of community mental health pathways and recovery models</li><li>Excellent assessment, communication, and organisational skills</li><li>Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team</li><li>Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for community work)</li></ul>
