Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong commitment to change, quality improvement, and excellence in care. Skilled in applying flexible and innovative approaches to practice, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, has a minimum of six months' experience in a Mental Health or Learning Disabilities care environment, supported by continued professional development in the relevant field.
