Starrycare<\/span><\/b> is seeking a compassionate and experienced <\/span>Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)<\/span><\/b> to provide high -quality mental health care to service users across our client sites. The RMN will work closely with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, and person -centred care in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h2>
  • Provide high -quality, person -centred mental health nursing care.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Monitor service users' mental and physical wellbeing and respond to changes.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in line with clinical governance standards.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Follow safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, families, and other healthcare professionals.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Provide emotional support and promote recovery and independence.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Participate in training, supervision, and continuous professional development.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Uphold service user confidentiality, dignity, and respect at all times.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Relevant nursing degree or diploma.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Up -to -date knowledge of mental health nursing practice, care standards, and clinical procedures.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Right to work in the UK.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Willingness to undergo background checks (DBS).<\/span>
    <\/li>
