What You’ll Need:
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with active NMC registration.
- Strong clinical background with confident decision-making skills.
- A caring, professional, approachable personality committed to high-quality care.
- Previous experience in a nursing home environment.

- Deliver safe, effective, compassionate nursing care to residents with a range of needs.
- Use strong clinical judgement to respond to changing health conditions.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
