Requirements<ul>
<li>Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from an accredited nursing institution</li><li>Eligibility for registration with the Bermuda Nursing &amp; Midwifery Council</li><li>Minimum of two years’ post-registration experience as a Level 3 Neonatal Nurse</li><li>Current certifications: CPR, NICU, IV, and Neonatal Resuscitation Programme (NRP)</li><li>Strong physical assessment skills and proven clinical competence</li><li>Up-to-date neonatal nursing knowledge, particularly within Level 3 neonatal care</li></ul>
