Mental Health Nurse - Day Shifts, 33 Hours per week - £20.70 per hour
Are you a registered nurse with experience in care homes, looking for a day shifts role where you can focus on delivering high-quality care? This Staff Nurse position offers the opportunity to work within a well-established home providing nursing, dementia, palliative and residential care.
You’ll play a key role on shift, managing residents’ clinical needs and supporting the wider team to deliver person-centred care.

- This position is not suitable for newly qualified nurses.

What You’ll Need
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with active NMC registration
- Experience working in a nursing home or elderly care setting
- Ability to manage a clinical workload independently on shift
- Competence in medication administration and care planning
What You’ll Do
- Deliver and oversee clinical care for residents on shift
- Administer medication and monitor treatment plans
- Assess residents’ needs and update care plans accordingly
- Supervise and support care staff in daily delivery of care
- Respond to clinical changes and escalate where required
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with standards
