What you will do:<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Undertake comprehensive mental, social and physical assessments of individuals with serious mental illness.</li><li>Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients, carers, and healthcare professionals.</li><li>Provide acute assessment and intervention for individuals experiencing psychiatric crises or at risk of self-harm.</li><li>Engage in case management and comprehensive documentation for seamless care delivery.</li><li>Coordinate and facilitate therapy sessions, providing education for clients and their families.</li><li>Contribute to policy and service development, ensuring compliance with mental health regulations.</li><li>Work in partnership with other health providers to ensure an integrated approach to mental health care.</li><li>Promote mental health awareness and contribute to community education initiatives.</li></ul>
