The candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, a strong commitment to change, improvement, and quality, and the ability to develop and apply flexible, innovative approaches to practice. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, supported by a minimum of six months' experience in a mental health or learning disabilities care environment, and a clear record of continued professional development in the relevant field.
