Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Salary: Up to £66,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 30 hours per week (3-4 days) - Friday working is essential
We're working with a friendly, supportive GP practice in Nottingham that's looking to welcome an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to its close-knit clinical team.
With a patient list of around 10,000-11,000 spread across two nearby sites (just 7 minutes apart), this is a fantastic opportunity to join a practice that truly values collaboration, clinical development and staff wellbeing. Following a recent surprise inspection, the practice proudly maintained its Good CQC rating.
The practice has an experienced team of 4 GPs, an ANP, a Nurse Prescriber, a Nurse Associate and 2 HCAs, with an open-door policy led by the Lead GP, encouraging collaboration, second opinions and continuous learning. Alongside this, the Practice Manager regularly organises team competitions and initiatives to help create a fun and positive working environment.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner
- Independent Prescriber
- Experienced in Minor Illness
- Confident managing Chronic Disease Management
- Comfortable working autonomously while thriving within a collaborative multidisciplinary team
