Band 5 Occupational Health Nurse

On-Island | Fixed-Term (12 months)
£38,744 – £44,918 DOE
Accommodation support may be available

OH Medical are delighted to partner with our client to recruit an Occupational Health Nurse for a fixed-term, full-time position based on island. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a proactive, supportive team delivering a high-quality Occupational Health service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a full range of Occupational Health clinical services including health surveillance, immunisations, vaccinations, and health promotion activities.
  • Support Occupational Health Advisors with pre-placement health assessments for non-complex cases.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional standards and internal processes.
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement and the development of Occupational Health provision.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with Occupational Health experience (previous OH or workplace health background preferred).
  • A confident clinical practitioner able to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, proactive team.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills (including Outlook and internal systems).
  • Must be based on island full-time (accommodation support available if required).
