Occupational Health Advisor / Occupational Health Nurse

Uxbridge (on-site)

Part-time - 2 days per week + 6 additional days per year

£37,000 - £43,000 FTE (pro rata, depending on experience)



OH Medical is working in partnership with a leading UK Occupational Health provider to recruit an experienced Occupational Health Advisor / Nurse for a site-based role near Uxbridge. This is a great opportunity for an OH professional looking for a part-time, stable role delivering high-quality occupational health services within a supportive, well-established OH set-up.



The Role

In this key Occupational Health Nurse role, you'll provide day-to-day clinical occupational health support to employees while working closely with site stakeholders to ensure a consistent, high-quality service.



What you'll be doing as an Occupational Health Nurse

• Undertaking independent medical assessments (telephone and face-to-face)
• Managing case management and pre-placement questionnaires
• Delivering health surveillance, safety-critical medicals, and biological monitoring
• Providing travel health advice and supporting on-site first aiders
• Coordinating health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with clinical standards, company policies, and professional guidelines
• Maintaining clinical rooms and keeping accurate equipment calibration logs

What we're looking for in an Occupational Health Nurse

• Previous experience working within Occupational Health is essential
• Strong background in case management and health surveillance
• Experience with safety-critical assessments
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload confidently
• Current NMC registration

Salary & Benefits
