Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. The Nurse Practitioner will play a crucial role in delivering advanced nursing care, promoting health education, and enhancing patient outcomes within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced health assessments, diagnose health conditions, and develop treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments within the authorised scope of practice.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
  • Lead patient education initiatives and provide guidance on disease prevention and health promotion.
  • Participate in clinical research, quality improvement projects, and professional development activities.
  • Uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
  • Advanced practice nursing degree (Masters or equivalent) in an accredited program.
  • 1 year experience in clinical practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
