Branch Nurse – Complex Care
Location: Leeds (Hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Nurse to join a growing Complex Care provider with a strong presence across the North of England. The organisation specialises in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex clinical needs within their own homes and community settings. With continued growth across multiple regions, they are seeking a clinically strong and commercially aware nurse to support the delivery, quality, and development of Complex Care services within the Leeds branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking to combine clinical oversight with leadership, service development, and operational support within a progressive and expanding organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight across Complex Care packages within the region
- Conduct assessments, care planning, reviews, and risk assessments
- Support the mobilisation and ongoing management of new care packages
- Ensure clinical governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements are maintained
- Conduct clinical competencies, supervisions, spot checks, and audits
- Provide guidance and support to care staff, coordinators, and branch teams
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor package performance and support positive outcomes for service users
- Assist with incident investigations, safeguarding concerns, and clinical escalations
- Support business growth through clinical input into new package assessments
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
- Active NMC registration
- Experience within Complex Care, Community Care, or Homecare services
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing or supporting complex clinical packages in the community
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with operational teams
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
- Salary up to £50,000 DOE

Salary range
