Role Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans.

- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health management, treatments, and procedures.

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records according to facility policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Current and valid nursing license in the home country.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a relevant setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and diverse environments.
- Flexibility and adaptability to varying clinical situations and cultural practices.
- Willingness to learn new healthcare systems and practices.
- Certifications in advanced life support (ACLS, BLS) are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
