Role Overview:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various international healthcare facilities. Your expertise will contribute significantly to improving patient outcomes and ensuring that medical protocols are adhered to in diverse environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians or established protocols.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care strategies.
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records according to facility policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid nursing license in the home country.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a relevant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural and diverse environments.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to varying clinical situations and cultural practices.
  • Willingness to learn new healthcare systems and practices.
  • Certifications in advanced life support (ACLS, BLS) are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
