Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with individual care plans.
  
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
  
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and their families.
  
• Adhere to all regulatory and legal requirements and the policies of the home.
