Responsibilities:
- Comd and Leadership in barracks, on training and on operations.
- Maintaining values and standards.
- Advising the RMO on all matters pertaining to prevention of sickness & maintenance of health.
- Tasks delegated by the RMO in respect of training, security and administration matters.
- Training, educating and CMT JNCO and Ptes.
- Training, educating and Offrs & Sldrs in first aid and trauma care.
