Responsibilities:

1. Comd and Leadership in barracks, on training and on operations.
2. Maintaining values and standards.
3. Advising the RMO on all matters pertaining to prevention of sickness & maintenance of health.
4. Tasks delegated by the RMO in respect of training, security and administration matters.
5. Training, educating and CMT JNCO and Ptes.
6. Training, educating and Offrs & Sldrs in first aid and trauma care.
