Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients. Your role will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and delivering compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
  • Care Planning: Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including care plans, treatment, and progress notes.
  • Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and policies.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate care.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain nursing competencies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Registration: Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in the UK.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations.
