Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients. You will work closely with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Your role will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and delivering compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
- Care Planning: Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including care plans, treatment, and progress notes.
- Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and policies.
- Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate care.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain nursing competencies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Registration: Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in the UK.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations.
