The Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to be a part of lots of stories of inspiring care and support to residents and service user.
- Providing personal care & support
- Assisting with showering and dressing
- Following an up to date care plan
- Preparing meals where necessary
- Protecting dignity and privacy
- Promoting independence and choice
- Provide care to patients and residents based on their care plan outlined by their doctor
- Accurately monitor and record observations on patients' conditions
- Maintain accurate records of residents care and medication administration
- At Least 2 Year Nursing Experience
- Record patients' vital signs and medical information
- Must be able to complete eMars charts, medication, Team Lead , be the nurse in charge of the unit.
Nurse Job Duties:
- Identify care planning needs
- Carry out risk assessment
- Re-evaluate patient care plan as conditions change
- Consult and coordinate with other healthcare team members
- Direct or supervise less experienced nursing staff
- Monitor patients' diet and exercise
- Prepare patients and assist with treatments
- Manage stocks of supplies
- Ensure storage and disposal of medication is carried out according to policy
- Participate in clinical improvements and offer ideas on clinical and non-clinical policies
- Assist with the investigation of complaints by patients or family members
- Report any issues that arose during each shift
