What you will do:

Ensure compliance with CQC standards, organisational policies, and professional guidelines.

Lead clinical audits, incident investigations, and implementation of action plans.
</li>

Maintain excellent standards of infection prevention and control.
</li>

<li>
Manage ward resources efficiently, including budgets and supplies.
</li>

<li>
Monitor activity, bed utilisation, and patient flow, contributing to service and business development.
