What you will do:

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised nursing care for patients with urgent and emergency needs.
Perform patient triage, conduct clinical observations, and ensure ongoing assessments, escalating any concerns appropriately.
Administer evidence-based nursing interventions, including medication management, wound care, and emergency treatment procedures.
Collaborate effectively with medical staff, ambulance services, allied health professionals, and external emergency services to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in line with professional, legal, and organisational standards.

Person Specification:

You must possess a Registered Nurse (Adult) qualification and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) with current registration.
Demonstrated evidence of continuing professional development and commitment to ongoing clinical education.
Immediate Life Support (ILS) or equivalent emergency care training is desirable.
An Emergency Nursing qualification or a willingness to undertake further study would be an asset.
