Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Southampton (SO14)
Salary: Negotiable, DOE

An exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) to join a specialist service in Southampton supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalised care and support plans.

  • Deliver clinical interventions and promote independence.

  • Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Ensure safeguarding and CQC compliance at all times.

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration (RNLD).

  • Experience within learning disability or autism services.

  • Strong communication, empathy, and advocacy skills.
