What You Will Do:

Conduct comprehensive physical and mental health assessments for service users and make appropriate referrals.

Safely manage detoxification processes for alcohol and opioid service users.

Provide health education, blood-borne virus screening, and administer vaccinations as required.

Facilitate community-based alcohol and opioid detoxification programmes and deliver wound care.

Deliver psychosocial interventions to promote engagement and support structured recovery planning.

Maintain effective communication with service users and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure cohesive and high-quality care delivery.
