Hours:<\/b> 36 hours per week - Nights (RGN) OR Bank shifts (RMN/RGN) available

Pay<\/b>: £23.04 per hour

The Role
<\/h3>

As a Registered Nurse,<\/b> you’ll provide person -centred care that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs <\/b>of our residents. You’ll:
<\/p>

• Create a safe, supportive environment for residents with a range of needs
  <\/li>
• Use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions
  <\/li>
• Develop tailored care plans and complete risk assessments
  <\/li>
• Administer medication safely and maintain high clinical standards
  <\/li>
• Be valued and respected for delivering nursing care the right way
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Essential Criteria
  <\/h3>

  • Current NMC registration
    <\/li>
  • Up -to -date knowledge of clinical practices
    <\/li>
  • Experience producing care plans and risk assessments
    <\/li>
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLS/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
    <\/li>
  • Dedicated, compassionate, and committed to person -centred care
