What you will do:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients within the prison, ensuring their physical and mental wellbeing.
• Conduct health assessments and screenings, assisting with the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
• Administer medication and maintain accurate health records in accordance with professional and legal standards.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Deliver health education and promote healthier lifestyle choices among the prison population.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration.
• Previous experience within prison healthcare, secure settings, or a similar clinical environment is desirable.
• Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a secure and challenging environment.
