Clinical Lead Nurse
£52,500 per annum | Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week | Luxury Nursing Home
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and clinically strong Clinical Lead Nurse to join a luxury nursing home providing exceptional Residential Care, Dementia Care, and Nursing Care for older adults.

As Clinical Lead Nurse, you'll play a key role in maintaining excellent clinical standards, supporting the nursing team, and ensuring residents receive the highest level of care.
This role is ideal for a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, or experienced Staff Nurse looking to take the next step into a clinical leadership position within a premium care setting.
What We're Looking For
- Current, unrestricted NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
- Previous experience working within a nursing home environment
- Experience in a senior nursing, Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, or leadership role
- Strong clinical knowledge across nursing, residential, and dementia care
- Sound understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care teams
- Ensure high standards of nursing care are delivered consistently throughout the home
- Support with care assessments, care planning, and clinical reviews
- Monitor and improve clinical outcomes for residents
- Lead on medication management, clinical audits, and governance processes
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements, and best practice standards
- Support and mentor nurses and care staff through coaching and development
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, GPs, and healthcare professionals
- Work closely with the Home Manager to drive quality improvements across the service
