Senior Nurse Opportunity in South East Kent Are you an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys providing dedicated, one-to-one care for clients with complex health needs in the community? Are you confident in delivering tracheostomy care, ventilation and gastrostomy care? If you're seeking continuity, stability, and the opportunity to build relationships with the clients you support, this role is ideal for you. The Role As a Rapid Response Night Nurse with the Superior Healthcare complex care team, you will provide personal, 1:1 bedside nursing care to clients in their own homes. Although the role is community-based, it remains a hands-on clinical nursing position, centred around building trust, offering consistency, and delivering high-quality care to each client. You will support clients when their regular nurse is unavailable, ensuring their routine, comfort, and safety are never disrupted. Your clients will present with a range of complex and life-limiting conditions, including congenital and degenerative conditions, spinal injuries, brain injuries, and needs requiring interventions such as ventilation, gastrostomy care, and bowel management. You will work with both adult and paediatric clients, providing compassionate and reliable bedside care tailored to each individual's needs. Getting to Know Your Clients To ensure you feel confident and supported in the role, you will be inducted into all clients within your area. You will always know exactly what you are working well in advance, unlike ad-hoc agency roles. Alongside direct client care, you may also assist with the training and induction of Healthcare Assistants and Nurses, helping strengthen the support network for the clients in your area.
