Our team within Exeter is seeking a registered 'Chemotherapy Nurse'. You will\nbe part of an ambitious team, empowering each patient by offering personalised treatment and support throughout their treatment journey. Working autonomously you will administer a range of haematological and solid tumour\nchemotherapy treatments, as defined in the patient's care plan whilst\nsustaining professional standards. You will be an\nambassador for delivering patient focused care, offering quality nursing that\nis tailored to the patients' needs. Seeing between 1 - 8 patients per day, you will record all clinical data and document any adverse drug events\nvia the correct protocol.
