NHS 111 Tier Two Health Advisor - Ashford based (Hybrid) Looking for more flexibility and better work-life balance? We're hiring experienced Tier Two NHS 111 Health Advisors with at least 6 months post-Pathways training. If you're based in or around Ashford, Kent and available for 16-37.5 hours per week, we'd love to hear from you. What we need from you: <ul><li> Currently or recently (within 6 weeks) working as a Tier Two NHS 111 Health Advisor </li><li> Live within a 1.5-hour commute from our contact centre. </li><li> A quiet, private home workspace </li><li> Willingness to attend our Ashford site if homeworking arrangements change </li><li> Available for on-site training on your first day and occasionally if needed </li><li> Suitable internet connection (minimum requirement - 20+ Mbps download / 4+ Mbps upload </li></ul> As this is a hybrid role, colleagues will be responsible for their own travel expenses when attending their assigned office. IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services. Hours Available We are hiring full-time and part-time colleagues for a variety of shift options. Full-Time Roles: <ul><li> Standard shifts include a mix of early and late shifts. <ul><li> Early shifts start at 7am or 8am. </li><li> Late shifts finish at 9pm or 10pm. </li></ul></li><li> Full-time colleagues can opt to work only late shifts (9pm or 10pm finishes). </li><li> Full-time night shifts are available, typically 10pm to 6am (must finish no earlier than 6am). </li><li> Weekend work is required at least every other weekend, with the option to work every weekend if desired. </li></ul> Part-Time Roles: <ul><li> Part-time shifts are focused mainly on evening hours, with flexibility for early and late shifts <ul><li> Early shifts: 6am-12pm (start at 6am, 7am, or 8am; finish at 10am, 11am, or 12pm). </li><li> Late shifts: 4pm-10pm (start at 4pm, 5pm, or 6pm; finish at 8pm, 9pm, or 10pm). </li><li> Weekend only shifts are also available. </li></ul></li></ul> Additional hours may be available in times of peak demand.
