NHS 111 Tier Two Health Advisor - Norwich based (Hybrid) Looking for more flexibility and better work-life balance? We're hiring experienced Tier Two NHS 111 Health Advisors with at least 6 months post-Pathways training. If you're based in or around Norwich and available for 16-37.5 hours per week, we'd love to hear from you. What we need from you: <ul><li> Currently or recently (within 6 weeks) working as a Tier Two NHS 111 Health Advisor </li><li> Live within a 1.5-hour commute from our contact centre. </li><li> A quiet, private home workspace </li><li> Willingness to attend our Norwich site if homeworking arrangements change </li><li> Available for on-site training on your first day and occasionally if needed </li><li> Suitable internet connection (minimum requirement - 20+ Mbps download / 4+ Mbps upload </li></ul> As this is a hybrid role, colleagues will be responsible for their own travel expenses when attending their assigned office. Who are we? We are Integrated Care 24 (IC24), the leading not-for-profit Social Enterprise providing innovative and patient-focused primary care services . IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services. Hours Available We are hiring full-time and part-time colleagues for a variety of shift options. Full-Time Options You'll work a mix of early and late shifts, starting from 6am to 8am and finishing between 9pm or 10pm. If preferred, you can choose to work only late shifts or night shifts; all night shifts have the earliest finish time of 6am. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend, but you can opt to work more if you'd like. Part-Time Options Part-time roles mainly focus on evening and weekend shifts, but a mix of early and evening shifts may be offered. Weekday shifts are between 4-6-hours, either early between 6am-12noon or late between 4pm-10pm and longer shifts on the weekends. Weekend-only roles are also available, and additional hours may be offered during busy periods Please note, that part time night shifts are not currently available.
