Bank Clinical Nurse Specialist - Gynaecology Birmingham: The Harborne Hospital Bank Contract Salary: Bank rates We're looking for a Clinical Nurse Specialist - Gynaecology to join our expert team at The Harborne Hospital, on a Bank Contract As a Bank Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), you will play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their journey, from pre-diagnosis through treatment and recovery. You will be a consistent point of contact, ensuring patients feel well-supported as they navigate different parts of the hospital to receive optimal care. You will: <ul><li>Provide expert clinical, educational, and psychological support to patients and their families. </li></ul><ul><li>Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT), including oncologists, breast surgeons, radiologists, and consultant pathologists. </li></ul><ul><li>Attend MDT meetings, share recommendations with consultants, and ensure continuity of care by linking with other healthcare professionals both within the hospital and in the community. </li></ul><ul><li>Offer support before, during, and after surgery, and cover clinics Monday to Friday. </li></ul>This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in Gynaecology management within a collaborative, forward-thinking team, where your knowledge and compassion will make a real difference every day.
