As a Charge Nurse at HC-One, you will be overseeing the care of every one of the residents in your area of the care home. You'll even run the whole home when the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager are absent. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas.
