<li>Deliver expert interventions and oversight within the Acute General hospital pathway to ensure excellent care aligned with up-to-date guidelines.</li><li>Support the growth and development of the Liaison Psychiatry team while assisting the service lead and manager to achieve an exemplary CORE24 service.</li><li>Provide education, challenge mental health stigma, and actively drive service improvement and development initiatives.</li><li>Place the experience of the person using the service at the core of decision-making while fostering strong relationships with Acute Trust colleagues.</li><li>Lead clinically complex cases across the lifespan, ensuring outstanding collaboration with relevant services.</li><li>Promote system improvements and ensure compliance with quality care standards, drawing from national and trust guidance.</li></ul>
