What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of nursing professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Ensure consistently high standards of patient care, placing patient wellbeing at the centre of all ward activity.
• Manage staffing levels and rota planning efficiently to meet the evolving demands of the ward.
• Lead and implement change management initiatives to improve ward performance and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain full compliance with CQC, health and safety, and clinical governance standards.
