Location: The Lister Hospital
Contract Type: Permanent, full time - 37.5 hours
Shift Days: Monday to Saturday

We are looking for a Recovery Theatre Practitioner to join our Theatre department at The Lister Hospital. Rated "Outstanding" by the CQC, The Lister Hospital is part of HCA Healthcare UK, established for over 50 years and recognised as the leading private healthcare provider in London.
Our theatre team is made up of Consultants and Practitioners with extensive experience across a wide range of specialties. As a Theatre Recovery Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients through their immediate post-operative recovery, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver safe, high-quality care and achieve excellent patient outcomes.

What you'll bring:
- Operating Department Practitioner or Registered Nurse qualification
- Post-graduate experience in UK Theatres - Recovery
- Airway management and respiratory support - ensuring patient safety during recovery from anaesthesia.
- Cardiac monitoring and haemodynamic assessment - recognising and responding to changes in patient condition.
- Pain management and post-operative care - delivering effective analgesia and comfort measures.
- Emergency response and escalation skills - confidently managing complications and initiating appropriate interventions.
