We have a workforce model focused on providing safe and effective patient care, leadership and development of the nursing team. You will be offered a period of supernumerary duty as well as training from a dedicated team and support and guidance through acclimatization and preceptorship.

Full and part time hours are available; you will be required to work covering day shifts 08.00-20.30 over a 5 day period Mon-Fri.

ED/SDEC experience is essential

In this post you will be responsible for providing on going care of patients and providing an effective care pathway within the SDEC department.

We are committed to developing a culture in line with our values that improves quality and enhances the patient experience, and you will play a vital part in developing new ways of working to achieve this goal.
