Priory Hospital Altrincham is looking to recruit a Staff Nurse to join the team. This is a full time role of 38.5 hours per week.
Priory Hospital Altrincham provides expert treatment for a range of mental health conditions and addictions.
The hospital is comprised of two inpatient units, providing specialist care for adults with range of mental health challenges and addictions.

You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients

- Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework.
- Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patients named nurse.
- Accurately observe and engage with patients in order to assess their need and evaluate their progress.
- Monitor and review Nursing Care plans.

- Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), with 6-12 months post registration experience with active NMC Registration and completed preceptorship programme. Knowledge of NMC guidelines, requests and professional practices.
