We're looking for a Specialist Nurse to\njoin our Clinical Operations team within Northern Irelans.
As a Specialist Nurse, you'll play a vital\nrole in supporting patients in their own homes - helping to prevent unnecessary\nhospital admissions. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering\nexceptional care, improving patient outcomes, and shaping a service that truly\nputs patients and their families first, gives patients control of their\nhealth through knowledge, choice, convenience, and connection.

You'll thrive here if you are a dedicated,\nconfident nurse who enjoys working autonomously while being part of a wider\nsupportive team. We're looking for someone who has:
RGN (Part 1 NMC Register)
Post-registration experience in an acute care setting, including independent decision-making and supervision of others.
Strong knowledge of therapies and drugs relevant to our service offerings, and experience caring for patients with treated conditions.
Experience undertaking clinical assessments and administering subcutaneous injections.
Experience caring for IV devices and administering IV therapies.
Excellent communication skills - you listen actively, communicate sensitively, and make clinical information easy to understand.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and following protocols.
Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing service demands.
A full UK driving licence as regional travel is required for this role
